The project cost consists of three categories of expenses:
Work Hours
The amount of work time required depends on:
●The specific tasks involved
●The volume of initial data
●The preservation status and accessibility of archival collections
Travel
The need, location, and duration of travel depend on:
●The goals and desired results of the research
●The storage conditions of archives and the preservation status of documents
Technical Expenses
This includes copying documents in archives, as well as designing and producing reports, books, and genealogical charts
●The cost of copying depends on the tasks set, the preservation of documents, and the conditions for copying in the archives
●The format and cost of the final presentation are determined by the volume of materials and the chosen type of presentation.
The total cost of the project is calculated based on these parameters.
For large-scale research projects, the work is divided into stages. Generally, as the search progresses, new names, circumstances, and unknown stories in the family history are discovered. Therefore, each stage of work is adjusted based on the results of the previous stages. The contract specifies a fixed price for each stage of work.

●Comprehensive family history research or complex search cases, including on-site work — from €9,000.
●Exceptionally complex and extensive search projects — by arrangement.
Depending on the specific task, intermediate and combined rates may be available.
The more initial information available, the faster the search progress!
